Join Bracfit and Denise & Co. for a fun hour of exercise
- Aerobic Walking exercises to music - it's the best way to lose those extra pounds and get fit in great company!
If you can walk, you can join BracFit. Four simple walking steps make up the core of the program -
all to the beat of well known popular music.
If you have a pair of small 1 - 2lb matching weights, dumbells or
even stones that are comfortable to hold, please bring them with you - it will add to the intensity and calorie burn,
but it's not essential. We suggest you wear comfortable trainers and loose fitting clothing; this is
a workout, so we also suggest bringing a small bottle of water and a hand towel along.
