We accept most valid Cayman Islands Health Insurance cards. We are happy to
claim from your insurance company for you and will usually telephone for verification of your Health Benefits at the
time of your visit with the Doctor. We do all the paperwork for you as part of our service.
The Brac Clinic is the Cayman First Health Ins. Co.'s Preferred Medical
Clinic for the Sister Islands. Therefore, if you hold a valid Cayman First Health Insurance card, they will pay
for 90% of the cost of your consultation with our Doctor. Depending on the level of your Health Insurance
cover, i.e. which Health Insurance Plan you have, they will often pay for 90% of the medication we provide you with,
and for most of any tests you may require. However, if you have "Cayman First Basic" cover, your medication
is not normally covered, but some tests are, unless your visit is an Emergency. We are also able to claim for you
directly "on line", which means "real time" verfication and less paperwork all round.
Unfortunately we're not able to accept CINICO health insurance cards as cover is mainly for use in local, CI Government
run medical facilities. The CINICO card does not cover payment at private medical Clinics, such as The Brac Clinic.
If you visit us from overseas and have insurance from the USA, DAN or Travel
Insurance, we will issue you with a complete record of your visit to The Brac Clinic,
with the costs clearly shown and receipted, in order that you can claim the cost back from your insurance company on your
return home.
Fees charged by the Brac Clinic are normally less than,
and never more than, the fees agreed between the Cayman Islands Medical and Dental Society and the Cayman Islands Health Insurance
Companies. Our fees are also usually less than comparable services on Grand Cayman.

We also accept cash payment in CI or US$, and local cheques drawn on a Cayman Islands Bank.
The Cayman National Bank is directly opposite our Clinic, which has normal banking facilities, currency exchange and
a 24 hour ATM machine.
In order to keep the cost of our services down for our Patients, and the close
proximity of a 24 hour ATM machine, we regret that we don't accept Debit or Credit Cards.
