# BracFit Nights continue with Denise Walton and Mrs. Reid at Scott's Dock, West End on Monday and Wednesday evenings, starting at 6.00 p.m. sharp. Just turn up on either or both nights wearing cool clothing and trainers, bring some water and a hand towel. You can contact Denise for more details on both sessions: 939 0562 or see her at Mr. Billy's store. There is no charge for either evening, so come and enjoy kicking off those extra pounds to some great music.
